Wholesale Application Form
To support authenticity of the products and create a well market for our wholesaler partners, we plan and control the balance in the retail market by limiting the number of corporations that we partner.
All orders are subject to product availibility. We inform you about the availibility of products. If you order from the available stock, please wait 1-2 days for the process and delivery of the product. We will try to make these periods shorter as much as possible. If you need a fast feedback, please advise us and we will check the applicability. If a product is out of stock, after your current order is sent, we will inform you about the situation of the pending stock.
We trust the quality of our products. As for the refund and product change, if there is a quality problem, this product will be changed. We know our bestselling products and and which products suit which customers and we are happy to help you to make best choices.
Please note that our products are available at wholesale price to retailers for resale purposes only. In general, our wholesale products are below retail prices. Due to the significant savings we provide to our customers, certain requirements must be met in order to open a wholesale account.
Accounts are checked annually. In case of any ownership change or if the Voin Bilişim ve Sportif Ticaret A.Ş. products are not well maintained, not kept under proper temperatures, not displayed and kept well, we reserve the right to cancel accounts. It is strictly forbidden to copy products or packages or to introduce products as they belong to you. Without approval, Voin Bilişim ve Sportif Ticaret A.Ş. products cannot be sold in consigment stores, second hand stores or stores that sale previously used goods. We reserve the right to stop or restrict sale of our products to the parties with sales and distrubition strategies that are not compatible to Voin Bilişim ve Sportif Ticaret A.Ş.
To Supply an Order: Depending on the stock levels, to supply your order might take up to 3 days and therefore all whosale customers should make their plan according to this situtation.If all products that you order are in stock and ready, your order will be deliveried within 3 days unless you choose fast cargo. Please note whether you want the products to be sent as they are ready or on hold until the order is sent. There might be additional shipping charges.
Shipping and Handling: The shipping costs stated in your order are based on the total weight of the selected products. Delivery Confirmation will be added to all orders. Orders sent through our contracted shipping company require compulsory insurance according to the wholesale value of the order. If you would like us to use your shipping account, please include all required account information. Insurance (if applicable) is required on all international orders. If your country does not allow you to purchase insurance in your package, Voin Bilişim ve Sportif Ticaret A.Ş. will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. Voin Bilişim ve Sportif Ticaret A.Ş. reserves the right to refuse any order considered fraudulent.
Wholesale Payments: Orders must be paid completely in in TL currency before shipping. For now, we do not offer different payment terms (eg 30, 60, 90 etc.). We accept all major credit cards, mostly credit cards valid in Turkey, including USD money orders. A fee of 500 TL will be charged for checks returned due to insufficient funds. Credit Card fees will be appear as Voin Bilişim ve Sportif Ticaret A.Ş. International orders must be paid by bank transfer or USD or EURO money order and must be in USD or EURO Currency. All fees related to the money transfer must be covered in the amount sent. If you are an international customer and need to contant us about other options , please contact toptan@vointurk.com.
Wholesale returns: We do not accept returns on wholesale sales.
Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods: If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect on arrival, keep all contents and packaging materials and contact us within 3 business days of arrival. Returned products due to damage will be changed within 10 days after received by Voin Türk Bilişim A.Ş. for the inspection of damaged good. Shipments found to be lost will be replaced after thorough investigation of the package through delivery confirmation tracking. In either case, there will be no refund.
Cancellation / Replacement of Your Order: Due to our work load and efficient delivery, we act fairly fast so we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled or changed once it has been done. You can contact us as soon as possible to see that your order has started to be processed.
View: It is your responsibility to maintain a clean environment and replace purchased equipment as needed. Failure to keep the view and products clean may result in termination of your wholesale account.
Privacy Policy: We hate counterfeiting as much as you do and will never share your information with anyone. Subscription to our newsletter is not automatic and must be registered by you. The dealers will be added to a dealer list and nforming them about the important changes that will affect their account or sales such as changes in policies or updates will be done automatically. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted and transmitted to Secure Sockets Layers.
Region Restrictions: By using the company name of Voin Türk Bilişim A.Ş., sales to third (third) parties will not be accepted. Voin Türk Bilişim A.Ş. reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of Voin Türk Bilişim A.Ş.
Internet Retailer Requirements: Wholesale customers must have a general business ethic in line with those of Voin Türk Bilişim A.Ş., as well as privacy and customer service policies. It is very important for Voin Türk Bilişim A.Ş. family to remain as a respected and reliable brand. To sell products of Voin Türk Bilişim A.Ş, it is recommended that all internet merchants to have their own web addresses. On your website, presentation of Voin Türk Bilişim A.Ş. should be clearly different from the websites of the company and should not confuse the reasonable consumer. Voin Türk Bilişim A.Ş. will periodically review your site for continuous compliance.
